Morrells High Build
White Primer - 5 litres (9005/519)

 A fast drying easy to sand, single pack white pigmented primer with good covering power. Formulated for use on MDF and suitable for all wooden substrates. To be used in conjunction with the 9305/350 White Pre Cat Lacquer

• Touch Dry : 8 to 10 minutes at 18 Deg.C
• Sandable: 30 minutes @ 18 Deg.C, Use 240 Silicone Carbide paper.
• Recoatable: 30 minutes minimum @ 18 Deg.C
• Packing Time: Overnight minimum, dependent on conditions.
• Coverage : 40 sq. metres per 5 litres approximately
• Thinners : Use 2007/900 HCF Thinners

Typical Finish:

1-2 coats at 95g/m2 per coat (Dry Film Thickness ~ 40μ per coat), over coated with Morrells White Precatalyst Lacquers or Morrells Fastmatch Precatalyst Lacquers.
Using these products in systems outside these guidelines can lead to immediate and latent problems with the integrity of the finish.
