We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow one (1) to five (5) business days for delivery of in-stock items sent via the postal system. Goods went via overnight carrier should arrive the next working day, ie monday - friday. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 5 days.Note : Orders dispatched via overnight carrier : If you do not receive your order withn 1 working day of the dispatch date indicated in the delivery notification email, please contact us immediately. We can then take steps to trace your order as soon as possible. Items weighing 1.5 kilos or less are dispatched via Royal Mail 1st class post. Heavier items are dispatched via carriers on a next working day service (Fedex or UK Mail). A signature is required for goods received via this method. Goods cannot be left at the destination without a signature. Goods may be left at an alternative destination if no one is in to sign for them. Please advise if this is the case. Overnight next working day delivery is available at £6.95 + VAT per consignmnent on consignments not autamatically sent by this method, subject to location. Should an item in your order be temporarilly out of stock, we will wait until the order is complete before dispatch unless informed otherwise. Generally should this happen the delay in shipping is usually no more than three (3) working days. The following postcode areas are excluded in our normal shipping rate tariffs for heavier items weighing 2 kilos of more: AB31 - AB56 BT FK19 - FK21 HS IV1 - IV49 KA27 - KA28 KW1 - KW17 PA20 - PA71 PH1 - PH50 ZE ,IM - which cover Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and parts of Scotland.
